1st tattoo need help with design

I have been looking to have my first tattoo, and would like maria to do my tattoo. i have a few ideas of what i like and was wondering do you have to book consultants.
As it have print off a couple of different tattoos and would like to take bit of some off them to make mine my own also addign a name ( maybe 2 names) and date of bith, and would like some advice from maria on how to go about it.
i would like to have it on my wrist

closed sun and monday.
whisky may have gaps this month. me and dom are may, saturdays are longer waiting list. daves about june.

half the time it doesn't work on the foot for some reason. if you decide to get it, keep it in fridge. blob it on generously and wrap tight with clingfilm an hr b4
